Habitat for Humanity Ministry
The Habitat for Humanity (HfH) Ministry supports the Desert Foothills branch by participating in construction projects in our local communities. Volunteers work in partnership with people from all walks of life, building and renovating homes for families in need within our community. Volunteers do not need any specials skills, only enthusiasm. To participate in a construction project, you must be 16 years of age or older; to work at the ReStore, you must be at least 12-years-old.
HfH is opening a local ReStore in Anthem in April 2010 and needs volunteers on an ongoing basis to assist at the store. The ReStore is a Discount Home Improvement Center that sells quality new and previously owned goods at discounted prices.
